A different note, has anyone here ever seen the movie The Countess? It's a movie based on the life of Elizabeth Bathory, the woman who killed over 600 women, and bathed and drank their blood. Was wondering if it was artsy, or it was more gore and horror. I was always hoping someone could make a great horror film based on her life, cause she was one sick mofo. Craigz92

I agree with you Tony. I'm not one for remakes, especially remakes of timeless classics, but Rob does do a good job with this one, and he takes it to another level, giving you more of an idea of how Michael became who he is. I didn't realize it till I saw it again with my girlfriend, and she is into people who are mentally disordered, and she worked with people like this, and it freaked her out when they showed his past. Rob definitly deserves credit for doing what he's doing, and he takes all of his movies to another level, and cares more about detail. Plus his music ain't too bad either. jef
any way i am asking because i would like it for my collection but i can't find it anywhere online and i am not sure of the name? or maybe it just wasn't a memorable film?

does anyone remember a movie i think called the last terror from the 80's i think about some lumberjacks that go camping and get killed by a family that live in the big hollowed out old trees at the end the old lady crawls up a big hollowed top tree her house?
any way i am asking because i would like it for my collection but i can't find it anywhere online and i am not sure of the name? or maybe it just wasn't a memorable film?

For all you idiots who sit here and rag on Rob Zombies remakes of Halloween dont have any taste at all! He took Michael Myers to the next level so stop crying and be open minded! Like you all really think you can do better. Any movie rob makes is awsome. So if you think it aint you need to take a good look at your self and realize how stupid you really are!!! I will continue to watch every movie he makes and will enjoy every min of it!!! Suggest you do the same. So grow up and stop hating on him just cuz you jealous.

To sf1977, I do believe the movie your looking for is a 1986 movie called killer party.This is one of my faves!!!The Phoebe demon kicks ass in the film!!! Another good movie that I recommend is a movie called Pledge Night with joey Belladonna from Anthrax!!!!
